Tyler and Longview, TX – (2416 E SE Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75701 & 3101 Shiloh Road, Tyler TX 75707 and  315 N Spur 63, Longview, TX 75601 – three properties total)  In 2016 continued his expansion in to North-East Texas with the purchase of two additional shopping centers.  He has now stabilized and re-position the Tyler asset and is in process of remodeling and stabilizing the Longview asset. The process included acquisition, leasing, Tenant strategic relocation, financing, pre-development planning and design, construction oversight, and asset management oversight.
