Jason Mittman, CCIM & SEC
Founder
Jason is passionate about family, friends, the outdoors, commercial real estate, public speaking, business coaching, and philanthropy. He was a competitive athlete and is a extreme sports adventurer.
He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, CCIM, and SEC Member. Jason has over 30 years of Real Estate expertise and has invested in medical office, multi-family, industrial, retail, land, and hospitality.
Jason has worked on a variety of highly complex commercial real estate transactions. He currently has 28 commercial real estate investments in 9 states.
Jason philanthropy is focused on two broad categories: getting people with disabilities outside and Jewish continuity. He is passionate about giving thought provoking presentations and leadership workshops. He has spoken to a variety of audiences from Chambers of Commerce, Schools, to fortune 100 companies on the topic of “Business lessons from the world’s most brutal adventures.”
Jason has served on a variety of boards including the US-Israel Science and Technology Foundation, the International Technology and Trade Network, The Young Survival Coalition, Camp Young Judea, and the Society of Exchange Counselors. He is currently on the boards of Colorado Mountain Club and the Golden Urban Renewal Authority.
Ronald F Barnes CPA
Chief Financial Officer
CPA in public accounting for over 40 years. Started career in 1972 and retired from public accounting at the end of 2015. During that time served as Managing Partner for his CPA firm for over 20 years.
Obtained Series 65 securities license in 2001 and now works part time providing financial consultation, investment advice, and retirement planning.
Retired Colonel from the U.S. Army with 32 years of service. Awarded the Legion of Merit for his service.
Served as an Ambassador for the Army Reserves for 9 years. This is an appointment out of Washington and carries a military protocol equivalent of Major General.
Practiced Taekwondo for over 25 years, achieving the rank of 5th degree black belt. Much of this time was spent in an instructor role as well as a student.
In addition, Ron has been active in numerous civic and community organizations, becoming President of many of them. He has been named a Kentucky Colonel by two different KY Governors; and appointed a Sagamore of the Wabash by the Governor of Indiana. This is to name just two of the many awards received. Ron currently serves on the Board of Advisors: for Indiana University Southeast, and for Norton Clark Memorial Hospital. Ron is also on the Executive Board of the Lincoln Heritage Council of Boy Scouts of America.
Justin McElfish
Director Of Construction
Justin is a licensed contractor and is currently Director of Construction and Maintenance for Only Epic Holdings, bringing 16 years of Construction Management, Logistics, and Operational Process experience. He currently oversees all development, new construction, commercial buildouts, and maintenance of properties nationwide.
Justin began his career with Centex Homes in the fast-paced, production homes marked in Washington D.C. He spent 4 years in the multi-family new construction world, culminating in his role as Senior Project Manager of an $80 million condo and townhome development. With the fall of the housing market in 2008, Justin transitioned into the transportation industry for the nation’s largest waste hauling company.
He worked his way from Operations Manager to District Manager to Operational Improvements and Logistics Manager for the Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, and Arkansas area. In his role, Justin worked to implement streamlined processes through technology, operational management, and routing logistics for 21 hauling locations and over 2,000 hauling routes. Most recently, before joining Only Epic, Justin has been the owner of a high-end building and remodeling company in the Louisville, Kentucky area and serves on the Board of Directors for the local Home Builders’ Association.
Sam Jewett
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager of Only Epic Holdings, Sam’s passion for organization and
efficiency are met with the challenge of juggling financial, property management, and
marketing tasks. He brings years of experience in property management, sales, operations, and litigation defense. Sam graduated from The University of Denver with a BA in Political Science.
