Killeen, TX 801 S Ft Hood – In 2006 purchased a 25,000 square foot single-tenant, free-standing building as a sale-lease back.  Mittman obtained financing and negotiated lease terms with the Tenant / Seller.  Through complex negotiations with the existing tenant and the City, Mittman was able to convert the center from single-tenant occupancy into a multi-tenant project.   Building was remodeled and demised.  Mittman still owns and manages the property which provides strong positive cash flow.
