Austin St Giddings TX 78942)– In 2017 was contacted by AT&T to find and develop a location for a AT&T Franchisee in Giddings, TX.  Mittman located a site in front of a grocery store, re-developed the existing building, and delivered it to AT&T on time and below budget.  The process included site selection and acquisition, lease negotiation, financing, and asset re-development.
