Kentucky firm buys, revamps west Wichita medical office space
A building that hosts Ascension Medical Group in northwest Wichita has new ownership focused on renovating the property into a premier medical office space.
Kentucky real estate investment firm Only Epic Holdings purchased the 25,500 square-foot building at 1900 N. Amidon from KS State Bank last September, said Jason Mittman, president and CEO of Only Epic.
"When we look for properties, we hunt for value," Mittman said. "We go, 'We can make this thing very beautiful again.' It needed a lot of love, but in an area that was already getting some love so that was important."
